QED Cushion Project - 'Country at Heart'
The QuiltEssential design used on this exquisite cushion features a variety of stitch types... applique covered with hatch stitching and finished with satin stitch and a decorative stitch around the edge. Three rows of candlewick stitches then form a frame for the centre embroidery design.
A Bias Tape Maker has been used to make the fabric ribbon around the edges. This is surrounded by decorative machine stitches. For PFAFF machine owners, see below for my free download 9mm stitches.
