Select the Collection/s you wish to order, fill in all the details and Submit the
form. Your order will be confirmed via email within 48 hours. If you do not
receive a confirmation within this time, please email me.
By Fax:
For Credit Card payments
Print out the Order Form and fill in all the details

By Snail Mail:
For Check or Credit Card payments
Print out the Order Form and fill in all the details
For international customers, please use the international currency amount
for the Check. For currencies not displayed please email Angie for converted amount.

Shipping:
The Collection file/s can be emailed to you attached to the confirmation
email.
For this Option, please tick the Check Box at the bottom of the Secure Order Form.
Your disk or CD and printed info will be sent by Air Mail to you within 48 hours of
receiving your order.
Mail Delivery Times:
Australia - 3 to 6 days
USA and Canada - 4 to 10 days
UK and Europe - 6 to 12 days
Rest of the World - 6 to 12 days
Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of embroidery software, we can not offer a refund once the embroidery design files have been sent. |
- If you are unsure that your hardware will support our designs, please download and test our free designs first.
- If you have ordered the same collection more than once, this can be exchanged!
- If you ordered a CD and it is damaged in anyway, we will replace it for you at no charge.
- We offer technical support for all purchases made from our website.
- If you have updated your embroidery machine recently and need the designs in a different format, please contact me to determine if the new format is available for your collection/s.
- If available, the new file can be emailed to you at no charge.
