The collection has a great variety of stitches to choose from, with a large range of style and size.Send the .pcd stitch patterns from the computer to your Pfaff 7550 or 7570 machine P-Memory via PC-Designer. Use File Assistant to sent the .9mm files to a Pfaff 2100 series machine. For the PFAFF creative vision machine, use the cable or USB embroidery stick to transfer the SPX stitch patterns to the machine.
At the machine - select the 9mm stitch, thread for 9mm decorative stitching and sew! Full instructions for sending stitches to the machine and also how to create sewing sequences, are included with the CD. For purchasing via email, these instruction will be sent as a PDF file. For Bernina Artista uses - .pcd files can be open in Bernina Artista software. You can incorporate these 9mm stitches into a hoop embroidery design, or create your own pattern motif to use with the Outline/Pattern command.
Answers to FAQ's
1. PCD, 9MM and SPX are PFAFF formats only and cannot be converted to any other format.
2. The PCD format can be opened in Pfaff PC-Designer and Artista, and viewed in BuzzTools.
With Pfaff 7550 or 7570 machines, send PCD files one at a time via PC-Designer, to the machines P-Memory or Card.
3. The 9mm format is for the Pfaff 2100 series machines and can only be opened in VIP, 3D or 4D Stitch Artist, or imported into Fabric Decorator. The
9mm file/s are transferred to the machine via File Assistant (version 6.1 or later). Use the [9mm/Max] button on the right hand side of the screen to send file/s to the machines ST-ART folder.
At the machine: Main Menu, touch Personal Menu, Stitch Creator Stitches and then touch the stitch icon.
4. The SPX format is for the Pfaff CV machine and can only be opened in 4D Stitch Artist.
Copy SPX stitch file (or folder) from PC to PFAFF USB Embroidery Stick.Plug the USB Embroidery Stick into the machines USB port.Touch Selection Menu and then Files and Folders.Touch USB icon External Device. Select USB stick and touch down arrow to Open. Touch SPX stitch file (or folder) and then Duplicate. Touch machine memories Personal Files. Touch Paste to load to the machine.To sew: Sewing Mode, Selection Menu, Files & Folders and Personal Files. (If in the folder, touch folder icon and then Open Folder). Select stitch icon and Load File (tick).
Save stitch to Personal Menu - Save options and Save to Personal Menu.
Select Category 7 Personal Menu, choose a subcategory (1 to 8), touch an Empty Position and then OK. Repeat for each stitch file.stitches will compliment any project.
